La Leche League (LLL) of Western Pennsylvania helps parents, families, and communities to nourish their children with human milk through peer-to-peer support. LLL of WPA was established in 1980 for the purpose of promoting, protecting, and supporting breastfeeding in our Area and beyond.

We encourage, inform, educate, support, and promote the use of human milk and the intimate relationship and development that comes from nursing a child for as long as mutually desired.
